Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan informasi tentang kontroversi konseptual mengenai Orientasi Pelanggan, Pesaing,  Inovsi, Perubahan, Keunggulan Bersaing,  dan Kewirausahaan, sebagai Penentu Kinerja,  Reward, memperkuat pengaruh inovasi pada kinerja.

Populasi Penelitian ini adalah pemilik, pengelola dan /atau karyawan usaha batik di kampung Batik Kauman, Laweyan dan Pasar Klewer. Metode sampling digunakan purpuse sampling dan ditentukan 150 sampel. Motode analisis yang digunakan analisis Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM)  dengan software Lisrel.

Hasil penelitian ini  adalah dapat memberikan informasi empiris tentang pengaruh Orientasi Pelanggan, Orientasi Pesaing,  Inovsi, Orientasi Perubahan, Keunggulan Bersaing,  dan Kewirausahaan, pada Kinerja, Reward memperkuat pengaruh inovasi pada Kinerja.
